What We Collect

By using this site and submitting an inquiry, you provide details such as your name and contact information. This site is informational and inquiry-based; it does not process payments or complete sales. Prices shown represent the demonstration piece displayed, not a fixed purchase price.

How We Use It

An inquiry begins a conversation, not a binding order. Scope, materials, timeline and pricing for any commission are agreed separately in writing. All designs, images and content on this site remain the property of the studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

As every piece is handmade and created specifically for each client, returns are not accepted for commissioned work. You will be given time to approve colours, sketches, materials and other elements before work begins, and process pictures will be shared in case any modifications need to be made. Upon completion, a final picture of the work is sent for approval.

Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of confirmation. The initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable. If production has commenced or materials have been purchased, additional cancellation charges may apply.

We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit, and do not assume responsibility to repair or replace damaged works of art due to misuse or lack of care.

Payments & Shipping Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before production begins. The deposit secures your booking and covers initial design work, planning, and material. The remaining balance is payable before shipment; orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received. We accept payments through bank transfer or UPI only. Prices are quoted excluding GST.

Currently, we ship only across India. Pieces for installation are packed in parts, with instructions given for assembling, and all our pieces are packed with several protective layers to ensure they travel safely.
